Dear customer: Thank you for choosing Hengketai products and services! Regarding the products under this document, we will provide you with the following guarantee and warranty services. The "you" mentioned in this document refers to any individual or organization that purchased the product.


1.0 Applicable products

This document applies to the products listed in the relevant "Product Warranty Information" (referred to below) (collectively referred to as "products") and their factory-configured parts, accessories, external equipment and other materials (collectively referred to as "parts"). For other products or parts that are not in this scope (such as promotional items, gifts and other additional parts after leaving the factory, etc.), their guarantee and warranty services are executed in accordance with their respective warranty terms.


2.0 guarantee

If the product is under normal use and maintenance conditions, due to material, process or manufacturing problems that cause performance failures, during the warranty period, we will provide you with repair, replacement or return warranty services according to the provisions of this document. Performance failures are explained in accordance with the relevant provisions of the statutory warranty (ie "three guarantees"). "Normal use and maintenance conditions" means that the product's installation, use, maintenance, storage, transportation, etc. meet the requirements of the instructions for use, and used for a reasonable intended purpose or use. "Affecting normal use" means that the product cannot achieve the functions that it should reasonably expect to provide. We will not charge you for the warranty service except for the prior statement or the law or agreement that you should bear the cost. The above is all our guarantees on product quality and service, and there are no other express or implied guarantees. If the seller or any other third party has an additional commitment to you, you should request these third parties to honor it, and Hengketai is not responsible for this.


3.0 Warranty period

3.1 The corresponding warranty period of products and components shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant "Product Warranty Information". The warranty period starts from the first purchase date of the product ("Purchase Date"), and the purchase date is subject to the invoice date of the purchased product. If there is no valid invoice, the warranty period will start from the date the product leaves the factory. If the product invoice date is later than the actual delivery date of the product, the warranty period starts from the actual delivery date of the product. In any case, the starting date of the warranty period of Hengketai products shall not be later than forty-five (45) days after the date of manufacture. For the beginning of the warranty period, if Hengketai has notified otherwise, the notice of Hengketai shall be implemented.

3.2 Products or parts repaired or replaced within the scope of the warranty will continue to enjoy the warranty during the remaining warranty period. If the remaining warranty period is less than three (3) months, it will be calculated as three (3) months, but the initial warranty period is one (1) For products and/or components less than one year old, under the above circumstances, the remaining warranty period is less than thirty (30) days as thirty (30) days. If the contract signed by Hengketai and you or the law applicable to you otherwise stipulates this, it shall be implemented in accordance with the stipulation.


4.0 Warranty Solution

For product failures within the warranty, repair is the principle of solution. When feasible, we may try to diagnose and solve your product failures through the Internet, telephone or other remote assistance methods. If some problems can be solved by installing designated software updates or replacement parts yourself, we will guide you to obtain and install such software updates or replacement parts. If the above method is not applicable or the problem cannot be solved, we will arrange the service according to the type of warranty service the product enjoys. If the solution you require is beyond the scope of the law or our promise, you need to bear the corresponding service fee or product depreciation fee.


5.0 How to obtain warranty service

If you need warranty service, you can directly contact the product seller or authorized service organization, or log in to the service support page of Hengketai website, or call the service hotline of the relevant product to contact us, and our service staff will arrange for you service. When applying for a warranty, you should provide a valid ① sales invoice; and ② warranty card and other warranty certificates to obtain the warranty. When purchasing a product, you should ask the seller for and properly keep the completed sales invoice. If the invoice content does not match the actual product, is altered or cannot be recognized, it will be deemed invalid. If the product is repaired or replaced, you should properly keep the repair records. Warranty cards, warranty certificates, three-guarantee certificates, maintenance records and other documents are collectively referred to as warranty certificates. These documents are proof that you have the right to obtain warranty services. If you are unable to provide the above-mentioned valid documents, we can also provide you with a warranty if we can confirm that the product or part is covered by the warranty, but this is not our obligation. When you apply for warranty service, you need to follow some necessary procedures stipulated by us, including providing necessary relevant information, following specific identification and problem-solving steps.


6.0 How to provide warranty service

We will provide you with warranty services in the manner described in the "Warranty Service Types" applicable to different products and components as specified in the "Product Warranty Information" (such as customer repair or on-site service). After repaired or replaced products and/or parts, the follow-up warranty will provide services in accordance with the applicable methods and types at the time.


7.0 Service Provider

Unless otherwise specified in this document, the warranty service is provided by the relevant product authorized service agency. If there are multiple authorized service agencies, it is recommended that you choose the one closest to your geographic location to provide you with services. Unless Hengketai otherwise instructs, the replacement or return of the product is usually performed by the product seller. If replacement or return is applicable, you should send the product to the seller, and the seller will replace or return the product for you according to the replacement or return process. In this document, sellers refer to merchants who provide products to you by sales or other methods. Hengketai, authorized service organizations and sellers that provide warranty services in accordance with the provisions of this document are collectively referred to as "service providers".


8.0 Replacement and return

Unless otherwise instructed by Hengketai, you should return all products (including but not limited to all accessories, parts, packaging materials, promotional items, etc., the same below) when the product is replaced or returned. The replaced products, parts and other materials belong to Hengketai. The replacement parts used for replacement may not be new, but they will have the same good performance status as the new product, and at least not be inferior in function to the replaced parts. However, if the applicable statutory warranty regulations have other requirements for replacement parts, Within the scope of the statutory warranty, follow the statutory warranty provisions. Replacement parts take on the service status of the replaced parts. Before replacing a product or component, you should: ①Remove all materials that are not covered by the warranty, such as non-factory configured components, modified components, etc.; ②Ensure that the product or component is not subject to any legal obligations or restrictions that hinder its replacement ; And ③If the product or part is not owned by you, you should obtain the permission from the owner to provide services for the product.


9.0 Cases without warranty

If the product has the following conditions, the guarantee and warranty service under this document will not apply: ①The product or component exceeds the corresponding warranty period; ②Failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance or storage, such as: improper handling; Use according to the reasonable intended use of the product; improper plugging and unplugging of external equipment; falling or improper external force squeezing; contact or exposure to inappropriate temperature, solvents, acid and alkali, water or humid environments; and insect bites or foreign body intrusion Products or parts (such as housing, LCD screen, interface, components, wiring, etc.) are broken, corroded, damaged, etc.; ③Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, modification, addition or removal by non-Hengketai authorized institutions or personnel ④The original identification information of the product or component is modified, changed or removed; ⑤There is no valid sales invoice or warranty card, except as otherwise specified in this document; ⑥The use of unauthorized, non-standard or non-publicly issued software ⑦Failure or damage caused by virus infection, hacker attack or other malicious infringement; ⑧Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accident; ⑨Other failure or damage not caused by product quality. In the above situation, you should seek a solution from the relevant responsible party, and Hengketai will not bear any responsibility for this. If the product cannot be used normally due to parts, accessories or software that are not within the warranty period or within the scope of the warranty, it is not a fault within the scope of the warranty. Such problems should be resolved by updating and repairing these parts, accessories and software in accordance with the relevant warranty regulations. The normal discoloration, wear and consumption during the use of the product is not a malfunction within the scope of the warranty.


10.0 Use of personal information

If you apply for warranty service based on this document, Hengketai will save, use and process the warranty issues and contact information you provide, including your name, phone number, address, and email address. Hengketai will use this information to provide the services specified in this document. We may contact you to conduct a satisfaction survey or notify you about product recalls or safety issues. To this end, we may send your information to our relevant agencies or provide it to any entity operating on our behalf. If required by relevant legal institutions, we may also disclose relevant information to them.


11.0 Limitation of Liability

If Hengketai breaches the contract or needs to bear other liabilities, you can request Hengketai to compensate for the loss. However, Hengketai’s compensation liability is limited to your actual direct economic losses. We do not assume any responsibilities and obligations for the following items: ①Any amount that exceeds the actual price paid for the product you purchase; ②Anything related to obtaining alternative goods, technologies, and services Or the cost and expense of rights; or ③ Expenses, increase or loss of expenses caused by data damage or loss or interruption or delay in use. This limitation of liability also applies to Hengketai's suppliers, product sellers and service providers. This is the maximum compensation limit shared by Hengketai and its suppliers, sellers and service providers. However, the above limitation of liability does not apply to those liabilities that cannot be waived or limited by contract in accordance with the law. In the event of force majeure or other non-Hengketai controllable factors that result in the inability to provide services in accordance with this document, we will provide services as soon as the obstacles are removed, but we will not assume other responsibilities.



12.0 Other rights

You may also have other rights under applicable laws or the contract between Hengketai and you. Nothing in this document affects the rights granted by law that cannot be waived or restricted by contract. If you are a consumer user, the warranty service we provide you will not be lower than the legal warranty standard applicable to the product. If Hengketai and you have another written agreement on product support services, the otherwise agreed part shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement, but the other parts of this document are still valid.



13.0 Product warranty information; service support information

13.1 The product warranty period and warranty service types are implemented in accordance with "Product Warranty Information". You can log in to the service support page of Hengketai website to check the specific "Product Warranty Information" of the relevant product.

13.2 If you need the product service hotline, you can ask the product seller, or log on to the service support page of Hengketai website. The telephone number, address and contact information of relevant product authorized service organizations are subject to the list of authorized service organizations published on the Hengketai website. You can check the nearest authorized service organization through the relevant product service hotline.

13.4 When purchasing a product, you can ask the product seller to provide the above warranty and service support information. We may also provide the above information in random files, at this time the content of the random files applies first. It is recommended that you keep the above information for future use.



14.0 General terms

This document is formulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions of Mainland China. The laws mentioned in this document refer to national laws, administrative regulations, rules and other currently valid legal documents. The "statutory warranty" referred to in this document refers to the product warranty obligations and responsibilities stipulated by the relevant product repair, replacement and return ("Three Guarantees") laws. The time limit mentioned in this document shall be interpreted in accordance with the relevant time limit of the law.
